Project Management Officer

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Transformation PMO to support a multi-year business transformation program focused on scaling the organisation by 5X.

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership / CEO / COO, ideal for someone who enjoys driving execution, solving problems, and working across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of transformation initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, ERP, Sales, Exports, Domestic Expansion and Cost Optimisation.
• Break initiatives into tasks, milestones, owners and timelines and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain transformation trackers covering milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT and HR.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly leadership presentations.
• Identify execution bottlenecks, risks and cross-functional dependencies and drive mitigation.
• Support leadership with data analysis, process documentation, workshops and vendor coordination.
• Act as a hands-on execution partner, not just a tracker.

• Ideal Candidate

23 years of experience
Experience in PMO, Consulting, Transformation, Operations Excellence or Project Execution preferred
Manufacturing / Supply Chain / ERP exposure is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Strategy or General Management preferred
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong follow-up, ownership and execution discipline
Comfortable interacting with senior management
