Project Management Officer

This role is responsible for supporting activities pertaining to portfolio of accounts. The role demands experience in presales and bid management, strong communication skills, stakeholder management and commercial awareness. Key activities include supporting the BRM portfolio in creating commercially viable proposals and business cases, overseeing transitions, preparing presentations using data points and information of the services provided by Technology_
• Own and manage multiple demands from preparation, presentation of proposals until commercial sign-off and adapts to changing priorities
• Manage stakeholder relationships at operational level to gather data and information. Ensure standardization of reporting and governance to support the portfolio
• Ability to create and execute plan, manage risk, identify mitigation, and deliver
• Support planning and execute customer engagement events
• Support review, data analysis and reporting
• Experience in presales, bid management for small to medium proposal
• Strong communication skills required to interact across global teams
• Critical thinking, Problem solving, Creative solutioning and Commercial awareness
• Excellent presentation, data analysis and visualization, communication skills (written and spoken)
• Awareness of Transition, Project Management and PMO office
• Support role for BRM with focus on planning and execution of proposals, business cases by front-ending delivery teams

Must Have:

• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Project management expertise
• Client handling experience
• Experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ
• SOW (Statement of Work) and bid management

Mid-Level Skills:

• IT knowledge
• Proficiency in relevant tools
• Technical writing skills
