• Manage PMO activities for solar projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budget, quality, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders for effective planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, MIS, and project trackers.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans and highlight critical deviations, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and strengthen PMO processes, reporting mechanisms, governance frameworks, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory/regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare periodic project reports and provide management with accurate project status and actionable insights.

• 6–12 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls, or a related field.
• Experience in Renewable Energy / Solar Power / EPC / Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or solar power generation projects.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective PMO processes and project governance systems.
• Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, MIS, reporting, and project monitoring.
