Project Management Officer and Inside Sales

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable professional with strong English communication skills to support the Export Department through a combination of PMO coordination and Inside Sales activities. The role requires close coordination with international customers, EPC companies, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to drive business opportunities and ensure smooth project execution.

Main Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities

MO Responsibilities

• Track and monitor export sales projects from enquiry to order execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Prepare project status reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Follow up on key action items and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and customer databases.
• Support management with data analysis and decision-making inputs.

Inside Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Generate and qualify leads, particularly targeting EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies.
• Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams and overseas customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support business development initiatives and sales pipeline management.
• Maintain CRM data and sales reports.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

• 7-9 years of experience in Inside Sales, Export Sales Coordination, PMO, or Business Development roles in the Wires & Cables or Electrical Industry.
• Experience working with international customers and export markets.
• Exposure to EPC segment/business development will be highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
