Role Summary

The Project Management Trainee will support project planning, coordination, execution, reporting, stakeholder communication, and other project-related activities across multiple initiatives. The role requires working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, tracking, and execution activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates, track action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow-up trackers.
• Assist in project governance, reporting, and review processes.
• Support preparation of project reports, dashboards, and review presentations for project and leadership updates
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.
• Take ownership of project-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by project and business leadership from time to time.
