About the Role

We're looking for a PM -Senior executive to be the link between our stakeholders and our creative teams. You'll understand what stakeholders need, translate it into clear briefs and timelines, and coordinate the Design, Animation, and Content teams so every deliverable is handed over on the date agreed with the stakeholder. You'll need strong communication skills, a calm approach under deadline pressure, and an eye for creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and scope projects

• Meet with stakeholders to understand objectives, audience, scope, references, and success criteria.
• Turn requirements into clear creative briefs and deliverable lists.
• Agree realistic delivery dates with stakeholders, based on input from the creative teams on effort and capacity.

Plan and coordinate

• Brief the Design, Animation, and Content teams and make sure each has the assets, references, and context it needs.
• Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverable trackers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Sequence work across teams (for example, content before design, design before animation) so handoffs run smoothly.

Drive on-time delivery

• Follow up proactively on open tasks and monitor progress against agreed dates.
• Flag delays, blockers, and capacity issues early, and propose solutions or trade-offs to stakeholders before deadlines are at risk.
• Manage revision cycles by consolidating stakeholder feedback, removing conflicting input, and getting clear direction to the teams.
• Check that final deliverables match the brief before handover.

Communicate and improve

• Give stakeholders clear, concise status updates.
• Keep project documentation organized and current.
• Spot recurring workflow issues and suggest practical improvements to processes and templates as the team grows.

Qualifications

Required

• [13] years of experience in project, program, or production management, ideally in a creative agency, media, marketing, or in-house creative team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and say no diplomatically.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with creative workflows in design, animation, and/or content production.
• Comfort with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday,Claude ).

Nice to have

• Experience running feedback and approval cycles with multiple reviewers.
• Understanding of design and motion production stages, formats, and file requirements.
• Experience standardizing or scaling creative operations.
