Project Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and status reports. Design security planning for layout
• Collaborate wih relevant departments to ensure security in manufacturing processes
• Facilitate meetings, document actin items, and do regular follow ups
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges o management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifing process enhancements and implementing best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project management Tools.
• Layout marking
• CFT Management
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, Team Coordination, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or certifications in Project Management (PMP), Operations Management.
