Project management -Executive & Sr Executive

QuRole & responsibilities :

1. Manage project code creation, budget allocation, and ongoing budget tracking to ensure accurate financial oversight of projects.
2. Compile and validate invoices for Chemistry, Biology, and DMPK projects, conducting thorough reviews of critical details such as Purchase Order (PO) numbers, FTE rates, service descriptions, bank details, and other billing information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, project teams, and the Finance department to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice-related issues, and client queries in a timely manner.
4. Maintain organized records of all invoice-related communications by updating and filing correspondence in the appropriate folders for easy retrieval, audit readiness, and traceability.
5. Validate and finalize monthly billing activities for CRIMS Chemicals, High Throughput Experimentation (HTE), and Analytical Purification services, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
6. Maintain and regularly update master tracking files for Medicinal Chemistry FTE projects, Medicinal Chemistry FFS projects, budgets, and invoices to support effective project monitoring, billing management, and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile :

Qualification : Post graduation, finance experience and Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
