Project Management Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project management candidate to support internal production coordination, data entry, and buffing planning and execution activities. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth movement of components and timely completion of production activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Internal Coordination
• Follow up with internal departments for the movement of components and parts at various stages of production.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Monitor pending activities and follow up with the concerned departments for closure.
2. Data Entry & Documentation
• Maintain daily production data and update relevant records in the system.
• Enter and verify production-related information accurately.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
3. Buffing Planning & Execution
• Assist in planning and scheduling daily buffing activities based on production requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of buffing operations.
• Monitor work progress and follow up on pending components.
• Support the team in meeting production schedules and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal production teams.
