ThoughtMakes is a growing industrial technology company building iTraceX an Industrial Execution & Intelligence Platform, enabling manufacturing enterprises to digitally connect production, materials, quality, traceability and industrial operations.

We are looking for smart, ambitious and highly driven MBA graduates who can take ownership of project execution, coordinate engineering teams, manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of project and service commitments.

This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role offering direct exposure to leadership, industrial technology projects and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules and task dependencies using MS Project (MPP), Zoho Projects and Excel.
• Track daily execution, follow up with engineering teams and drive timely closure of commitments.
• Identify delays, risks and blockers; proactively escalate and coordinate recovery actions.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, MOMs and action registers.

Customer Account Management & SLA

• Act as the primary coordination point for assigned customer accounts.
• Track customer issues, service requests, support tickets and resolution commitments.
• Monitor SLA response and resolution timelines and proactively escalate potential breaches.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer updates.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and maintain strong customer relationships.

Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate software development, testing, deployment, UAT and customer sign-offs.
• Track customer dependencies, approvals and project readiness.
• Prepare clear project progress reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Ensure accountability, structured communication and disciplined follow-through.

Who We Are Looking For

• MBA / PGDM freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal (mandatory).
• Strong planning, coordination, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High ownership, urgency, persistence and a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence in communicating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and business documentation.
• Willingness to learn MS Project, Zoho Projects and customer support tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Engineering background with MBA is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Prior MES or manufacturing experience is not required.
