Project Management Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues for resolution.
• Develop detailed project reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in managing high-rise residential or commercial buildings projects.
• Strong understanding of PMC (Project Management Consultancy) principles and practices.
• Proven track record in finishing projects on time and within budget constraints.
