Position Summary
Salesforce Data Cloud
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, segmentation, and calculated insights.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, external data sources, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define data strategies and solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, security, and platform performance.
- Support solution estimation, sprint planning, issue resolution, and production deployments.

Master of Computer Application
Work Experience
- 3-6 years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Data Cloud features such as Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Experience integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms using APIs, MuleSoft, or ETL tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data integration, and cloud data architectures.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading small technical teams.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
