Project Leader - Powertrain

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage powertrain projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for off-road applications using Creo, PLM, Teamcenter, Matlab Simulink, Structural Analysis, and Structural Design tools.
  
• Conduct engineering analysis and simulations to optimize product performance and reduce costs.
  
• Develop technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in Powertrain design or related field (Automotive OEM/ Tier 1 supplier).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Proficiency in Creo, PLM, Teamcenter, Matlab Simulink, Structural Analysis, and Structural Design tools.
