Project Lead

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Civil Project Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare comprehensive civil project plans covering timelines, budgets, manpower, and quality parameters.
• Implement a Maker-Checker framework for civil works to validate and approve all plans, drawings, and estimates before execution.
• Ensure seamless integration of civil plans with design, MEP, and interior requirements.
• Take full ownership of civil operations, driving continuity and process improvement.

Project Ownership:

• Act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for all civil works across projects.
• Coordinate closely with design, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Manage multiple civil projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Project Oversight and Site Management:

• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, identify risks, and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Cross-check site measurements to ensure accuracy in execution and documentation.
• Prepare and validate civil estimates, including costs, materials, and timelines.
• Monitor manpower productivity, material consumption, and schedule adherence.

Quality Assurance and Escalation Management:

• Establish and enforce robust quality-check protocols for civil works.
• Proactively identify and resolve civil-related issues before escalation.
• Handle escalations with ownership and act as the authority for civil problem-solving.

Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and update civil project plans across all active sites, ensuring milestone adherence.
• Share regular progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, updated, and audit-ready documentation (drawings, estimates, checklists, reports).

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

• Work closely with Design, Procurement, Project Management, and QC teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.
• Support development and standardisation of SOPs for civil execution.

Senior Project Management - Interiors:

• Oversee interior project execution from conceptualisation to completion.
• Ensure adherence to approved project plans and SOPs.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for timely handovers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate across design, procurement, operations, and execution teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in civil operations and residential interior project execution.
• Ability to manage tight timelines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
