Project Lead

Role Overview

Lead the technical team responsible for development, integration, data processing, and production support of the Farmer Loan Waiver Portal, coordinating with banks, government departments, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Farmer Loan Waiver portal and modules.
• Manage end-to-end processes including bank data upload, validation, eligibility processing, eKYC, beneficiary processing and payment.
• Lead frontend development using React and backend development using .NET Core / APIs.
• Manage MS SQL Server and MySQL databases, including large-volume data processing, query optimization and data reconciliation.
• Integrate and manage payment gateways, eKYC services, AgriStack and other external APIs.
• Coordinate with banks, department officials, QA, infrastructure and business teams.
• Monitor application performance, production issues and system availability.
• Review code, technical designs and ensure development standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot critical application, database and integration issues.
• Prepare technical status reports and provide regular updates to management.
