Project Lead - Transformation

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Project Lead Transformation to drive strategic and cross-functional transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to structure complex business problems, analyse large datasets, derive meaningful insights, and translate them into clear, impactful management presentations and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, PMO experience, analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently drive high-priority initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & PMO

• Lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects across multiple functions.
• Establish strong PMO governance, covering project plans, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, risks and action tracking.
• Drive periodic project reviews and ensure timely closure of critical deliverables.
• Identify execution gaps and work with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans.
• Support leadership in prioritising initiatives based on business impact and strategic importance.

Analytics & Business Insights

• Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, opportunities and key business drivers.
• Convert raw data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, analytical frameworks and performance reports for management reviews.
• Build financial models, business cases, ROI assessments and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
• Connect financial and operational metrics to provide a holistic view of business performance.

Management Presentations

• Convert complex analysis and large volumes of information into simple, structured and insightful presentations.
• Develop high-quality leadership decks for strategic reviews, transformation updates and decision-making forums.
• Create compelling storylines supported by data, insights and clear recommendations.
• Ability to independently synthesize information from multiple functions and highlight the “so what” and recommended course of action.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Technology and other functions.
• Drive alignment and accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate governance meetings and ensure decisions and actions are effectively followed through.
• Influence stakeholders through structured analysis, facts and strong business understanding.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: MBA – Finance and/or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business performance metrics.
• Prior experience in PMO, Business Transformation, Strategy, Consulting or Corporate Planning roles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to create senior-management-level presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently drive projects to closure.
