Job Summary

Project Lead (Airport Project within Karnataka) (Exp required 20-25 yrs)

Responsibilities

• Good communication skills.
• Single point contact, Lead end-to-end project delivery for large scale airport infrastructure projects from inception through handover
• Develop project execution strategies, delivery methodologies and governance frameworks aligned with client objectives
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams including design, construction management, cost, quality, contract, and technical specialists
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and end-users
• Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety; implement corrective actions for deviations
• Chair project steering committees, management reviews, and coordination meetings provide strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements
• Manage project risks, change orders, resolve disputes, and escalate critical issues to client
• Review and approve major project deliverables including design packages, procurement strategies, construction plans, and quality documentation
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge management across project lifecycle

Qualifications

• BE Civil with PMC Background
• Industry: Airport experience is mandatory; years of experience in airports shall be min. 5 years
