Project Lead - MEP

Lead end-to-end MEP execution for corporate interior fit-out / Design & Build projects from planning through testing, commissioning, and handover.

Manage execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, BMS, and associated MEP services.

Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions for execution.

Coordinate closely with design, civil & interiors, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets, procurement requirements, and site progress.

Manage MEP contractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.

Identify and resolve design clashes, site constraints, technical issues, and execution challenges.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and client requirements.

Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure, documentation, and final handover of MEP systems.

Support value engineering and cost optimization without compromising project quality or performance.
