About the role:

The Project Lead will oversee the daily operations of PLM systems, ensuring smooth coordination across various teams while managing enhancements and project execution.

Job description: Own and coordinate day-to-day PLM (Teamcenter) and Polarion operations, ensuring system availability, business continuity, and user support., Manage PLM enhancement requests, workflow modifications, configuration changes, and coordinate.

Required Candidate profile: BE/MBA project management/ relevant certification Must-have: Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Polarion ALM, Project Planning & Scheduling (MS Project)

Experience: 4-8 Years

- Own and coordinate day-to-day PLM operations, ensuring system availability and user support.

- Manage PLM enhancement requests and workflow modifications based on business needs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support PLM initiatives and projects.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution.

- Facilitate project review meetings and prepare status reports for management.
