Key Responsibilities

• Learn Edchemy software modules & features
• Understand customer requirements
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Learn to configure the requirements in Edchemy software
• Create training materials & train the users
• Maintain customer satisfaction & build strong relationships with customers
• Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customers
• Meet regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project
• Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders
• Design the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications
• Manage internal team and coordination among other functional teams
