1 . MEP Manager Basebuild (Commercial office project), Delhi NCR

Experience-12 to 16 Years

Compensation - (Yearly)INR() 1,000,000 to 1,500,000

• Strong understanding of base build projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Well versed with Project costing and execution of the Construction projects
• Previous experience in Commercial office project.

Eligibility Criteria

•  B.Tech/B.E Mechanical.
• 12+ yrs of relevant exp - prior industrial related experience is a must
• Should have prior experience of high side  equipments like chillers, panels, elevators etc in green field Construction Projects

2. Project Lead (Commercial Project), Delhi NCR

Department- Infrastructure/ Construction

Experience- 15 to 18 Years

Compensation (Yearly)- INR() 2,700,000 to 2,800,000

• Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of commercial construction projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, design teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Drive effective stakeholder communication and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Project Lead -Residential high-rise project, Delhi NCR

Department- Infrastructure/ Construction

Experience - 15 to 18 Years

Compensation (Yearly)- INR() 2,500,000 to 3,000,000

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering only; Diploma candidates not eligible.
• Mandatory experience in residential high-rise projects using aluminium formwork.
• Proven end-to-end base-build delivery experience, with 23 similar projects delivered from conception to completion.
• Strong expertise in project execution, planning, budgeting, resource management, and timeline adherence.
• Excellent stakeholder management across clients, consultants, contractors, PMC, and design teams.
