Project Lead (Business Development)

Position Overview

Drive new business opportunities for greenfield development and data center projects within the PDS department. Focus on securing high-value contracts with developers, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue greenfield and data center project opportunities through market research and targeted outreach
• Build relationships with developers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and investment funds
• Lead end-to-end proposal development in collaboration with technical teams including scope definition, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and presentation preparation.
• Structure deals and negotiate contracts for complex development projects
• Maintain robust pipeline and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with PDS delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years business development experience in commercial real estate, construction, or project development
• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of data center infrastructure, development processes, and project delivery
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and financial modeling
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Commercially focused with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
