Project Lead and Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security and performance of the system by implementing monitoring tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes.

Job Requirements :

• 8-13 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Banking domain exp a must.
