Project Trainee Job Description

Role: Project Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project management activities from project initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with customers, primarily Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), for project-related requirements and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and plant teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Support project tracking, documentation, timelines and regular status updates.
• Visit Sanaswadi plant, M&M Chakan and Nashik locations as and when required for project-related activities.
• Support customer meetings, trials, development activities and other project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics or related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer and plant locations as required.
• Knowledge of plastics / injection moulding will be preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant trainee/project experience can be considered.
