About this role
- Lead end-to-end execution of a high-end luxury residential/villa project from planning to handover.
- Manage architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.
- Ensure project delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, interior, MEP and specialist works.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, quality, safety and project schedules.
- Handle client/family and architect coordination, meetings and project reporting.
- Manage premium finishes including marble, stone, cladding and specialist works.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues and drive recovery actions.
- Manage cost control, variations, procurement and contractor performance.
- Ensure complete snagging, commissioning and handover.
- Strong experience in luxury residential, villas, premium residential or high-end construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, and architectural coordination.
- Experience with premium finishes/stone works preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
