Project Head (Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects)
Job Summary
The Project Head will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end execution of
commercial interior fit-out projects including corporate offices, retail spaces, hospitality,
and large-scale turnkey interiors.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete project lifecycle from kick-off to handover.
Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved cost and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Lead project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Coordinate seamless execution of Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and
Interiors.
Maintain project documentation including DPRs, WPRs, MIS reports, drawings, approvals,
and handover documents.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in commercial interior fit-out execution.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Sound knowledge of BOQ, billing, contracts, and procurement.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction
Management.
