Project Head-Interior Fit-Out & Civil (Commercial Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial interior fit-out and civil projects from planning to handover.
• Handle project execution, budgeting, estimation, billing, and cost control.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, safety, and progress.
• Manage manpower, materials, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project reports.
• Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.
• Resolve site issues and provide regular project updates to management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 1015 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs and civil projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.
