Project Head - Highrise Residential Construction Expert

Role & responsibilities

To lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale high-rise residential project, ensuring timely delivery within approved cost, quality, safety and design parameters. The role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across planning, construction, consultants, contractors, project controls, quality, EHS and statutory coordination.

• Lead overall project planning, execution and timely delivery across all construction stages.
• Drive construction progress across towers, basements, MEP, finishing, amenities and external development.
• Monitor project cost, budgets, schedules, productivity and resource deployment.
• Manage PMC, contractors, architects, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, approved designs, specifications and EHS requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, design, commercial and execution bottlenecks.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimisation and effective project controls.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary project team.
• Coordinate with internal functions and statutory authorities for approvals and project requirements.
• Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure and timely project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with strong exposure to large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project execution and delivery for high rise projects from scratch to the end.
• Strong expertise in construction planning, project controls, cost management and contractor management.
• Experience with reputed real estate developers/construction companies preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen and execution focus.
