Project Head - Defense Division

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage defence projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee production operations, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets for defense-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 20-25 years of experience in defence or military industry with expertise in project management.
• Strong understanding of delivery management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from concept to execution.
• Experience in production management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing processes.
