Project Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support project debt financing activities. • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project evaluation and financing. • Conduct credit analysis, IRR analysis, DSCR and financial feasibility assessments. • Support the complete financing lifecycle, including financing documentation, debt disbursement and covenant monitoring. • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and lenders. • Handle lender queries and support lender relationship management. • Coordinate with credit rating agencies on credit analysis and rating-related initiatives. • Prepare financial and credit analyses for management and financing discussions. Key Requirements: • 24 years of relevant experience in Project Finance / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Debt Advisory / Financial Advisory. • Strong hands-on financial modelling experience — this will constitute approximately 40–50% of the role and is mandatory. • Experience working with banks, lenders and financial institutions. • Strong understanding of project finance, debt financing, credit analysis and financial statements. • Strong Excel and analytical skills. • MBA (Finance) / CA / B.Com preferred. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
