About the Role

Urban Vault is looking for a Project Executive to manage and coordinate commercial interior and managed workspace fit-out projects from planning through successful handover.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, project coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute commercial interior and office fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, site readiness, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Supervise on-site execution activities and ensure timely project completion.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support project planning, execution, and handover activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, coworking spaces, or managed office projects.
• Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
• Good understanding of commercial interior fit-out activities.
• Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred: Candidates who have completed at least 2-3 commercial interior or office fit-out projects.
