Project Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• verify drawings against BOQ and site requirements.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and approvals.
• maintain procurement documentation and asset registers.
• Track asset movements, transfers, and handovers.
• Monitor vendor bills and payments status.
• Prepare weekly reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with site, design, procurement and finance teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 4 years of relevant experience.
• proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong Coordination and documentation skills.
