Project Executive : Commercial Interiors / Fit-out

About the Role
As Project Executive, you will run commercial interior and managed workspace fit-out projects from planning through handover. You will work closely with vendors, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to Urban Vault's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute commercial interior and workspace fit-out projects from initiation to handover
• Track project progress, timelines, site readiness and quality standards
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams and stakeholders
• Resolve on-site challenges and follow up consistently until closure

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors or fit-out projects
• [Education, e.g. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Interior]
• Strong ownership mindset, accountability and a proactive, execution-focused approach
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and adaptable to changing project needs
