Project Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Project Executives for our Skill Development Projects. The role involves project coordination, candidate engagement, documentation, reporting, and field-level implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and field operations.
• Maintain project records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with candidates, training centres, and project stakeholders.
• Support candidate mobilization, counselling, training, and placement activities.
• Prepare project reports and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Monitor project activities and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Support the successful implementation of project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and undertake field visits as required.
• Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE:

• Freshers / 01 Year

EMPLOYMENT COMMITMENT:

• Minimum 2-year commitment is expected.
• The first 3 months will be an assessment/probationary period.
• Candidates should be willing to commit to the project and organization for the required period.
