About this role
We are looking for a Project Executive to join our team and support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Follow up with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Prepare project reports, trackers, presentations, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project activities
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination/execution
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
