Project Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Take accurate site measurements for store setups and renovations
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage daily operations related to project execution
• Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently
• Handle end-to-end execution of 45 retail store projects simultaneously
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in retail project execution

• Preference for candidates from home furnishing / apparel / lifestyle retail

• Strong vendor management and coordination skills

• Good understanding of store design, measurements, and execution

• Proficiency in basic tools like Excel and documentation

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively across India
