Project Management

preferred works on Diesel Generators Projects/Service

Engineering, Project management

DME / BE/BTech ( Mechanical/Electrical)from a recognized university.

Specific engineering knowledge & hands on experience of Handing Projects, Involvement in Site Coordination activity

Must be self-motivated, with an ability to balance multiple projects while working under tight deadlines.

Must have experience with manpower handling, Convey and Supervise Contractors and vendors as well Suppliers

Knowledge of cross functional activities like Commercial, Quality Control and design introduction will be advantageous.

1. Engineering Activity:

With Coordination with planning , Preparation of Project Plan/Schedule

Determine Project Specifications by Studying Site Layouts, Work Orders, Customer Requirements

Determining Project requirements, Man & Material

Getting the GRN / MRN done and share then same to billing team for tax Inv purpose.

Getting the IR / JMS ready and getting it signed for jobs completed, this is mandatory to complete the Tax Invoicing.

Conduct On Site visits and Coordinate with Manpower & Customer

Submitting the Tax Invoice, get it acknowledged by customer and share the scan copy to billing team.

Regularly monitoring and chasing for outstanding payments for respective projects.
