Job Requirements
8–10 years
- Tracks and updates all contractor billings through interactions with Finance & Accounts
- Contributes to achievement of project targets through timely procurement-related activities, e.g. by purchasing in advance, raw material that would be of use in subsequent phases
- Monitors the activities of the PMC through periodic audits
- Plans the project schedule with the Contractors along with the PMC
- Procures material through inputs from the PMC
- Coordinates with the PMC to conduct weekly project review meetings to update the other departments on the project status
- Conducts periodic audits through the PMC to ensure that all safety-related parameters are met with
- Conducts periodic quality checks through the PMC and goes on weekly audits to validate material testing, absence of honeycombing, etc.
- Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
- Adheres to project timelines
- Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
- Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
- Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
- Identifies self-development needs
- Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc.
