Job Summary

We are hiring Project Execution Engineers for Rooftop Solar and RFT projects across Karnataka and Maharashtra. The role involves end-to-end project execution, site coordination, contractor/vendor management, quality monitoring and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Rooftop Solar & RFT project execution at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
• Supervise installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, cables and other equipment.
• Monitor site progress, quality and safety.
• Identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and project documentation.

Eligibility

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Rooftop Solar / RFT project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Solar EPC, installation, commissioning or site execution will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and site-management skills.
• Willingness to travel/work at project sites across Karnataka and Maharashtra.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Rooftop Solar, RFT, Solar EPC, Renewable Energy Project Execution, Installation & Commissioning are encouraged to apply.
