Project Execution Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Solar Rooftop, commercial & industrial projects.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor site activities, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with the procurement and engineering teams for timely availability of materials.
• Prepare quotation for customers
• Prepare project progress reports and updates for management.
• Ensure smooth project handover and completion documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Solar Rooftop or Renewable Energy EPC project execution preferred.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• 5 to 10 years
