Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer from the real estate/construction industry with hands-on expertise in ERP systems, AutoCAD, project costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity calculations.
• Prepare, read, and modify AutoCAD drawings.
• Manage project budgets, costing, and documentation using ERP software.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, material requirements, and expenses.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project-related reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ERP, AutoCAD, costing, and BOQ.
• Experience in real estate or construction projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
