Position: Project Engineer / Technical Marketing Engineer Techno-Commercial
Location: Chennai & Nashik
Experience: 03 Years | Freshers can apply

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering preferred. MBA in Marketing/Operations is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Techno-Commercial & Business Development

Generate enquiries, develop business opportunities, and convert leads into orders.

Understand customer requirements, prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate, and follow up on orders.

• Project Management & Execution

Coordinate with internal teams and customers for project execution, installation, and timely delivery.

Resolve customer issues and ensure project completion as per requirements.

• Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct customer meetings, understand upcoming requirements, and maintain enquiry and quotation records.

• Market & Competitor Analysis

Research market trends, competitor solutions, and new business opportunities in Robotics & Automation.

Support business growth and market strategy development.

• Marketing & Business Promotion

Promote company solutions through online/offline marketing, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events. Travel & Customer Engagement

• Travel across India for customer meetings, site visits, technical discussions, project reviews, and business development.

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel across India
• Industry: Robotics, Industrial Automation & Automotive Automation

• Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of Robotics & Industrial Automation.
• Knowledge of technical sales, business development, and techno-commercial offers.
• Customer handling, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across India.

• Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:
• Robotics & Industrial Automation
• Automotive Automation and OEM/Tier-1 Customer Handling
• Robotic Welding, Material Handling, and Glass Gluing
