Project Engineer Civil

Experience: 4–5+ years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits for technical feasibility and monitor project execution.
• Ensure quality, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and structural engineers for drawings and execution requirements.
• Conduct joint site measurements with contractors and share details with the QS team.
• Maintain quality documentation and upload records into the system.
• Monitor project schedules and provide weekly progress updates.
• Coordinate with the operations team for updating project schedules in project management software.
• Conduct final inspections and support project completion and handover.
• Periodically inspect completed projects and assess repair/maintenance requirements.
• Prepare estimates for repair and maintenance works.

Key Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong experience in institutional/public building construction and contractor management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations.
• Good communication and contractor coordination skills.
• High integrity, ownership, and strong commitment to project delivery.
