Project Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and execute Honeywell EPKS/DCS projects using Control Builder, C300 controllers, and Series C I/O.
• Develop control modules, sequence logic, interlocks, PID loops, and startup/shutdown sequences.
• Configure PCDI and Quick Builder for third-party system integration using Modbus and Foundation Fieldbus.
• Understand DCS architecture, IRP, network, marshalling, and system cabinets.
• Prepare engineering documents such as I/O assignment, BOM, cable schedule, FDS, and panel drawings.
• Perform troubleshooting, FAT, SAT, loop checking, customer testing, and site commissioning.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for project execution and issue resolution.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for installation, testing, commissioning, and plant startup support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in DCS/Industrial Automation project engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Honeywell EPKS, C300, Control Builder, PCDI, and Quick Builder.
• Strong knowledge of DCS architecture, logic implementation, SCADA points, and control systems.
• Experience with Modbus and Foundation Fieldbus integration.
• Exposure to FAT, SAT, loop checking, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of engineering documentation and project execution.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
