SVS Aqua Technologies LLP is seeking a Project & Proposal Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

The selected candidate will play a dual role, supporting both project execution and proposal engineering for municipal, industrial and environmental water treatment projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate ongoing water treatment and environmental projects from award to completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, technical requirements and project timelines.
• Track procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, installation and commissioning activities.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and technical correspondence.
• Support site teams during execution and coordinate resolution of technical issues.

Proposal & Tender Engineering

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for government and private sector enquiries.
• Study tender documents, technical specifications and contractual conditions.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and internal departments for technical inputs and costing.
• Prepare BOQs, technical compliance statements and bid documentation.
• Assist in bid submissions through government e-procurement portals where required.
• Maintain records of ongoing tenders, proposals and project opportunities.

Preferred Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical or related Engineering disciplines.
• Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 1–5 years of experience in project engineering, proposal engineering, tendering or water treatment projects.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills

• Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and government e-tendering portals will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings and site coordination whenever required.
