Role: Project Engineer

Educational Requirement: BE/BTech

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore / Europe(Onsite)

Role & responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in plant engineering projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water/Wastewater, Power, Utilities, or related industries).
Experience working with EPC/EPCM project environments is preferred.
Basic understanding of Plant engineering deliverables.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-disciplinary plant engineering projects across process, piping, mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, and automation domains.
Participate in project kick-off meetings and design reviews.
Support internal quality checks, audits, and design validation processes.
Maintain accurate project documentation, revisions, and approval matrices.
Track engineering man-hours, progress percentages, and forecast deviations.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
Ownership and accountability.
Detail-oriented with structured thinking.
Strong stakeholder management.
Ability to multitask across diverse project environments.
Collaborative attitude with a solution-driven approach.
