Project Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from site engineering to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee construction activities on-site, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering or related field (essential).
  
• Minimum 9-10 years of experience in building construction or real estate construction projects.
  
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural design and analysis.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
