Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handling Multiple Projects
• Quality Analysis
• Handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion as per project schedules.
• Plan, monitor, and execute project activities from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform quality analysis and inspection to ensure deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and take corrective actions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, project documents, and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering practices, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, progress updates, and quality records.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and project-related issues.
• Track project timelines, resources, materials, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status to management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost, scope, and quality.
