Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to start their careers in the construction and preconstruction industry. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will get the opportunity to work on real construction projects and gain hands-on experience in specialized areas such as Estimation, Project Engineering Services, or Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Based on your skills, interest, and business requirements, you will be placed in one of these departments and will work closely with experienced engineers who will guide and mentor you throughout your learning journey.

This role is designed to help you build strong technical foundations, develop industry skills, and grow into specialized engineering roles within the company.

What You Will Do

• Review construction drawings and project documents to understand project scope.
• Assist the team with quantity takeoffs, project documentation, or BIM-related tasks depending on the assigned department.
• Support senior engineers in preparing project deliverables and maintaining project documentation.
• Learn industry tools and software used in construction estimation, engineering coordination, and BIM workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to solve project-related challenges.
• Follow company standards and quality processes while delivering assigned tasks.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduates or final-year students).
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and engineering fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Interest in construction technology, estimation, engineering coordination, or BIM modeling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
