Project Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle complete post-order project activities from order receipt to final dispatch.
2. Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation as per customer and company requirements.
3. Coordinate with the Sales team, Production, Planning, QA/QC, and Dispatch departments for timely execution of customer orders.
4. Arrange and coordinate customer inspections, third-party inspections (TPI), and internal inspections.
5. Prepare and submit quality documents, inspection reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC), compliance reports, and final documentation dossiers.
6. Monitor project schedules and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
7. Coordinate dispatch activities by ensuring all inspection clearances, documentation, and dispatch requirements are completed.
8. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, inspection schedules, documentation status, and dispatch updates.
9. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality procedures, and contractual requirements.
10. Maintain proper records of project documents, correspondence, inspection reports, and dispatch documents.
11. Resolve customer documentation queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
12. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with a QC background and experience in project documentation, inspection coordination, and customer documentation will be given preference.
